Follow the steps below to pair your Kaqun PODS with your smart device:
If the dot next to your PODS name is GREEN, it is online. If the dot is RED, that means your tub is offline. In this case, check your network status.
If your PODS happen to lose connection while a program is running, your PODS will complete the selected program according to your set preferences. If you wish to stop the program, you must shut down the circuit breaker to which the tub is connected.
You will be notified by the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei Store when an update is available to you. At the same time, specific updates will require you to click on the “Update” button while the application is running. In such cases, you will not be able to run or modify settings until the update is completed.

We recommend starting the Ozone Cleaning program after an “Oxygen Therapy” session has finished. To perform the Ozone Cleaning, click on “Cleaning and Maintenance” -> “Ozone Cleaning” and follow the application’s instructions.
We recommend starting the Deep System Cleaning after completing 180 Oxygen Therapy programs or once every month. To perform the Deep System Cleaning, click on “Cleaning and Maintenance” -> “Deep System Cleaning” and follow the application’s instructions.
The quality of your PODS is determined by how well you take care of it. If you missed or forgot to perform the Deep System Cleaning, the application will disable the “Oxygen Therapy” program and only allow you to start the Deep System Cleaning. The application will only register the Deep System Cleaning if the program is fully completed.
The recommended length of the Oxygen Therapy Program is 50 minutes. If you wish to extend the program length, please consult a medical professional before doing so.
If you use the PODS the first time, we recommend using the Oxygen Therapy Program maximum of once per day (leaning a minimum of a 24-hour gap between the sessions). Once you are used to the program, you can increase your usage up to 2-3 times daily. Avoid exceeding the recommended daily usage.
Recommend using the Oxygen Therapy program regularly. If you use the Oxygen Therapy program multiple times a day, we advise you to do it for a maximum of 14 consecutive days, followed by a 7-10 day rest period. Avoid exceeding the recommended daily usage.
Typically, as long as the lungs function correctly, the oxygen we breathe in from the air binds to the hemoglobin in our blood and contributes to a good blood oxygen supply. Unfortunately, the same is not true about our cells and tissues. From the blood, oxygen reaches the cells through the fluid space between the cells. Therefore, the oxygen level in the cells is increasingly lowering with aging, leading to physical and mental exertion. With our often-inappropriate lifestyle, the tissue oxygen level continues to decline, affecting our recovery, immune system function, and energy level, ultimately evoking a condition called hypoxia.
